Terms and Conditions – Limitations of Liability: JAHL Corporation, dba America’s Finest Shuttles, will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions, mechanical failure, or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger(s).
Refund Policy: In order to request a refund, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. No-Shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please call 858-748-8594, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Extended Time/Unscheduled Stops: America’s Finest Shuttles has a 10-minute wait grace period for point-to-point services and for designated driver services. Driver will depart after 10 minutes and transfer fees will not be refunded. Charters have a 15-minute wait grace period. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes will be charged at a rate of $60.00 for every additional 15-minute wait time. All extra stops must be prearranged before pick-up and are subject to an additional fee.
Lost Items: Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. Any charge incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid by the owner. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. is, indeed yours.
Note: Be extra careful with small items; these are left in our vehicles most often (cell phones and sunglasses, in particular).
Pricing: Additional fees may apply in some situations. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Pets: Pets will ONLY be allowed if in a kennel and when we are notified at the time of booking. No pets are to be let loose in our vehicles under any circumstance (with the exception of service dogs). Some passengers have allergies (animal odors, animal fur, etc). We have to be considerate of the well-being and safety of all passengers.
Damage to vehicles or service items: Passengers causing damage to vehicles or service items during a ride are directly and full responsible to any and all cleaning, replacement, or repair costs. No exceptions.
Alcohol/Illicit Substances Policy: No passenger is permitted to have any alcoholic beverage or illicit substance in the vehicle at any time. Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) is not permitted in our vehicles. The driver will terminate the charter immediately WITHOUT refund if he or she observes any illicit substance or alcohol in the vehicle.
